This email will serve as an update on the status and repair of your systems sent in.
Currently I have listed the following machines sent in for repair by you:
Compaq F700 with the serialization of CNF7505QYC
As agreed your motherboards are billed at $125.00 per system.
Now, with the Compaq F700 with the serialization CNF7505QYC has been repaired and is ready for return. The system required a reflow on the Nvidia GeForce MCP67MW-A2 chipset.
Your system still displayed issues typical of a reflow repair. Your AMD processor was changed from a TL-58 to a TL-60 which displayed a repaired system.
Please keep in mind you need to reapply thermal compound such as Artic Silver 5. You also need to update the video drivers from Nvidia.com and the BIOS from HP if one is to be applied. Please advise your end user to purchase a cooling pad to help insure the removal of heat from the system.
If you need more help in explaining these areas to your end user, please visit http://applelogicboardrepairservice.com/tips.html

Payment has not been received for the system for the reflow service. Currently, your system requires a payment for the reflow, processor, and shipping. I am sending the system back by FedEx requesting a COD payment.
Your reflow is billed at $125.00, the processor is billed at $75.00, and shipping is billed at $35.00.
No payment was found in the box, and no payment has been credited to your account. Your return label cannot be used since COD is requested and will be used to recover funds upon shipment of the system.
