This bill has been pending since February 1st of 2017. Our firm has real property in the form of a server requested by Lee Hamlin and software from Veritas in the form of workstation viewing software requested by Lee Hamlin valued at more than $3,000 currently in which his offices have left unpaid for purchases through our office. Our lawyers have tried reaching these companies for a payment only to be ignored. Formal requests in person by our lawyers have been met with diversions and hostility by persons with RoofCore International and their subsidiaries at Hamlin Hills. In attempts to legally gain contact and get a formal answer to our request for payment, the owner of this establishment Lee Hamlin has either been absent from the state all while our legal staff has attempted legal proceedings and proper paperwork service or has had his office staff divert our legal staff from Hamlin Hills to RoofCore International and vice versa.
These above mentioned companies and individuals can get in direct contact with our office formally to make arrangements to pay the balance forward in the amount of $20,660.67 plus 18 percent commercial interest for the financing of the balance which became a loan after 30 days in accordance with Georgia State Commercial Law.
