As an update for all my clients:
A series of tornados touched down and leveled our city of Ringgold last night. Due to this storm, we at Doubleclickittofixit.com have became a casuality of this storm also. We are being told at this time that efforts are underway to restore our city of Ringgold back to a functioning state, but this may take three to five weeks. No one is being let into the city, and those that are currently are within the city limits are asked once they leave not to return until the timetable is ended.
How does this affect you as a client?
If you have sent in a system, we are not able to give any status updates. Due to the pictures we are going to post, we can naturally assume your systems are not doing well. They are not water damaged, but probably missing completely. Currently our cellphone service is also sporatic in nature along with email and online support so please keep this in mind when calling and leaving messages or writing emails.
