Do you own a Lexmark, HP, Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica, Canon, Brother, Epson, or OKI printer?
Do you own a Lexmark, HP, Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica, Canon, Brother, Epson, or OKI printer? Did you have a maintenance contract on the unit but now it has expired and you without an agreement? Do you have a printer jamming in the paper path and you have to pull paper from the back of the printer or out the top? Does your printer print paper with lines on the edges or print light images? Have you had to pull paper out of the back after 3, 4 pages print?
Issues we generally deal with regularly tend to be maintenance issues, ie. paper feed rollers, fuser exchanges, waste toner bin exchanges, image transfer units, but we are skilled and trained in more skilled services that include internal part changes or board level changes. We also can assist in connecting your print center to your network and internet for print to file and scan to email.
Below is an example of a HP full format printer that required us to disassemble and identify the location of the error which ended up being the main drive motor for the unit.

Other times we are called for issues such as worn feed rollers, damaged printheads, and expired fusers. Most fuser’s end of life is around 20,000 to 30,000 pages or approximately a year and a half in a typical office single user situation. If you have an office printer that needs looked at we do in office diagnostics for $50 per unit.
