We have been repairing a lot of camera systems lately. We have fixed issues from damaged cameras from vandalism to weather damage, upgrades from analog to POE camera systems, placement and installation of cameras, and much more. We have been doing many of these repairs for years now.

What are general issues you find when working with cameras and camera systems?

We regularly fix water damaged cameras mounted outside that were not waterproofed properly. Other things we repair are burnt POE injectors or switches, damaged analog power supplies, and damaged cabling either with damaged BNC connectors or RJ45 ends. We find these components blown regularly in analog power supplies as they use fuse based protected circuits and BNC based camera units. We also work with POE based systems, web based systems such as Ring and Blink, and so much more.

What are the other units you work with as part of your mail in service?

We work on many other systems including security systems, network switches, VOIP phones, and cellular antennas for 4G/5G/Starlink along with printer setup and repair.

We do complete office build outs in Chattanooga

We do complete build outs of all kinds of commercial spaces from office, retail, restaurant, fast food, warehouse, and so much more!

Do you have an office update that you have been putting off? Do you have an office project that you do not know where to begin? Does your project require just part of a scope to complete or the whole scope from quote to TTU?

We have been repairing cabling with physical damage from pest, damage due to electrical shock, damage due to environment such as water damage or being in a kitchen area. We have been doing many of these repairs for years now. Honestly these types of issues lead to companies to sometimes look into what it might take to upgrade their entire setup.

Below is an example of our office being called to set up a new rack and equipment, sometimes referred to as a rack and stack, for this office that just had their equipment sitting on a filing cabinet. We ran the cabling in the wall and put it in the rack in a patch panel with the equipment being mounted in one locked secure area.

This is an example of a rack we were called in to install some equipment, a CDS9090 device with VeloCloud backboard, to we were asked to quote to perform some cable management, inprove the rack layout, and perform a general clean up. This is our finished project.

This last example is of a complete office install we did in North Chattanooga for a company two blocks from Erlanger who had just leased the property. We were given 2 weeks to acquire materials, remediate old cabling, install new cabling for 24 new drops, install rack with patch panel, cable manage 24 new drops, perform DEMARC extension. We had this task completed in 5 days from start to finish.

What are the general projects you find yourself working on regularly?

We regularly find ourselves being asked to upgrade cabling from older style CAT3 cable for phones and CAT5 cable for data to CAT6 or CAT6A to get a network to 1GB switch speed and future 2.5/5/10GB speeds to come. Other things we deal with are wireless access point mapping and coverage for office space WIFI6 mesh coverage. We deal with cable clean up and rack cable management. We repair old style analog phone lines

We have been repairing old style analog phone lines along with newer digital data cabling. We are trained and experienced to perform new line runs, cross connects, tag and locate, voltage checks, and other testing task.

Apple MacBook 820-2915-B Logic Board Repair

We have been repairing a lot of Apple logicboards lately. Of those logicboards we repair we see many from the Apple A1286 series which include the 820-2915-A and 820-2915-B model logicboards.

Does your screen show red lines? Does your screen have scrambled video? Does your screen have horizontal lines on it? Does your MacBook not chime but you hear fans running? Does your MacBook just show a spinning wheel? Have you upgraded your MacBook to Apple OS X Yosemite and started experiencing video issues?

If your answer to any of the questions is yes we can help you. We have fixed over 100 Apple 820-2915-B models in the past year.
The error affects both i5 and i7 Intel processor models with the Nvidia chipset.

What does it take to fix this unit?

We can fix your Apple MacBook with red lines, scrambled video, or scrolling horizontal lines. To fix these models you will need both tools and the understanding of how to disassemble a MacBook 15 inch unit. We use specialized machines to remove your chipset, replace the solder underneath it, and then replace the chipset back. This process is referred to as reballing. We perform both reballing and reflowing in our office for this unit.

Are the only units affected the 15 inch MacBook A1286 series?

We have also started seeing Apple A1278 13 inch MacBooks with the same error infrequently. The A1278 series will show “broken” lines and glitch. The error only displays after boot up.
