We have been repairing cabling with physical damage from pest, damage due to electrical shock, damage due to environment such as water damage or being in a kitchen area. We have been doing many of these repairs for years now.
Example of a request we received from a doctor’s office in Rome, Georgia when they needed two network drops for their new phones and one for an existing network printer for the office that was being relocated to the room. We ran the three network drops, placed them in conduit, mounted the conduit and faceplate, then tested the line to certify the drops were ready to place on their network and use.

What are general issues you find when working with and on a network drop?
What we fix regularly are broken or water damaged keystone jacks in the wall. Other things we repair are cut cables or frayed cables, water damaged RJ45 ends, and shorted cabling with damaged pairs. We find these components blown regularly in the switch port or in the POE adapter.
We also have the equipment to do specialized cable runs most service companies will not attempt due to the needs and your request. We had a request here to provide a cable run for an existing run through 2 inch rebar reinforced concrete slab in a Valvoline service center. As you can see our techs made quick work of the request and finished the job in no time.

A: Yes. We need a repair form for every service you need from us.
