As a repair outfit, I do a number of desktop, laptop, and television repair services that are sent to me by mail. The newest service I am offering deals with contracted services throughout Northwest Georgia.
The premise is very simple. As a contracted service you would receive the level of support you would associate with a full scale IT department without the overhead for your business. Onsite support with no need to take your system somewhere or worry about your data. You can call or email, I would come out, and work on your system there onsite.
I have two basic contracts. Both plans are competetive, and are just outlines that can be molded to fit your specific business and your business needs. These are based on 30 day totals, so assuming you signed for 180 days with two systems and five employees for strictly software issues, you would pay $750.00 per month for six payments or $187.50 a week for 24 payments.

Explanation of service:
This first service level is primarily for software only break fix issues covering software fixes such as OS reloads, virus fixes, general troubleshooting, network connectivity troubleshooting. As a rule of thumb, this level of agreement will cover from the wall to the desk.
