This email will serve as an update on the status and repair of your systems sent in.

Currently I have listed the following machines sent in for repair by you:

HP DV4-1100 with the serialization of Unknown

Now, with the HP DV4-1100 with the serialization of Unknown has been repaired and is ready for return. The system is labeled HP Spare 575575-001 and LA-4117P. The system required a reflow on the AMD Radeon 0827 Northbridge and Southbridge chipsets.

The system also had an issue with the charging circuit located on mosFET labeled PQ101. This chip is part of the charging and power circuit for this model HP. the chip is labeled P2003EVG manufactured by Niko Sem.

No power adapter was found within the box.

You also need to update the video drivers from Nvidia.com and the BIOS from HP if one is to be applied. Please advise your end user to purchase a cooling pad to help insure the removal of heat from the system.
