Nathan,

This email will serve as an update on the status and repair of your systems sent in.

Currently I have listed the flowing machines sent in for repair by you:

Acer 5315 with the serialization of LXALE0Y11782302DFC1601

Acer 5315 with the serialization of LXALE0Y1172103194000383

Dell E1505 with the serialization of BDY64D9

Dell E1501 with the serialization of 3FL56C1

HP ZD8000 with the serialization of CNF5121BPW

Xbox 360 with the serialization of 7394951217348085

Xbox 360 with the serialization of 8394575103737447

As agreeded Xbox 360 motherboards are billed at $25.00 per motherboard, and your motherboards are billed at $60.00 per motherboard.

Now, with the Xbox 360 with the serialization of 8394575103737447 the paperwork labels it as “No power” in the description.  Does it display no power period?  I was able to power it on after a reflow.

Xbox 360 with the serialization of 7394951217348085 was reflowed to clear the RROD error.

HP ZD8000 with the serialization of CNF5121BPW required at reflow on the Intel and ATI chipsets.

Dell E1501 with the serialization of 3FL56C1 required a reflow on the Intel chipsets.  The chipsets had been reflowed previously due to the red epoxy.

Dell E1505 with the serialization of BDY64D9 was the system on top.  When I removed it, the power switch had broken on the motherboard.  Three leads were torn from the motherboard, and the black plastic had been broken.  The system was reflowed, and attempted to power on.  Since the only adapter I have on hand is a PA-10, and not a PA-12 which is required for the E1505 series.  This one was untested, and we will leave it to honesty.

Acer 5315 with the serialization of LXALE0Y1172103194000383 was the motherboard labeled unknown on the paperwork.  The system required a reflow and the Intel chipsets were processed.

Acer 5315 with the serialization of LXALE0Y11782302DFC1601 required a reflow on the Intel chipsets.
