This email will serve as an update on the status and repair of your systems sent in.

Currently I have listed the flowing machine sent in for repair by you:

HP DV2700 with the serialization of 2CE8061XDB

As agreed your motherboard was billed at $75.00 per motherboard.

The HP DV2700 with the serialization 2CE8061XDB has been repaired and is ready for return. The system required a reflow on the Nvidia GeForce GO6150 (G86-630-A2), Intel SLA50, and Intel SLA5Q chipsets.

Please keep in mind you need to reapply thermal compound such as Artic Silver 5.

You also need to update the video drivers from Nvidia.com and the BIOS from HP if one is to be applied.

Please be advised to purchase a cooling pad to help insure the removal of heat from the system.
