At Doubleclickittofixit.com, laptop service has been key to my business and has been one of my most sought after services.

As a laptop repair outfit, I do a number of laptop repair services from package replacement and chip programming to trace rebuilding and system diagnostics along with video chip reworks. I do reflow and repair HP DV series, DV2000, DV6000, TX1000, and DV9000 along with Dell D620, D630, D820, D830 systems. For a complete list of systems that I have reflowed, click here.

Too often I find these days I am repairing laptops that have already been serviced with a BGA rework by eBay repair service sellers like ibuiltonline of Advanced Computer Repair, compu-genie> of Compu Genie Inc., everisepc of Everise Inc., LEVEL X Computer Repair, and floridamotherboardspecialist of Florida Motherboard Repair Specialist who have not performed the repair correctly.

When performing repairs I use only the highest quality OEM policies just the same as the manufacturer. I do not refit chipsets with hot air since hot air does not heat the solder aggressively, but the chipset aggressively while passively reheating the solder. Hot air causes planing within the layers of the chipset making the separations noticeable.

The common symptoms of an issue are the following:
Laptop receives power, and turns on, but does not display video.

Laptop receives power, and turns on, but does not boot up.
All lights and LEDs active, but no activity on the screen.
Wireless card is not detected, and you get no wireless in your OS.
